Claims Payments
NEC will request payments every two weeks. Due to the aggressive rate structure, pharmacies expect their payment every two weeks. Check run and payments are sent directly to the pharmacies by NEChealth and its agents.
NEC provides Explanation of Benefits (EOB) reporting as part of our standard report package. EOBs are provided to the plan and the pharmacy on a biweekly basis with each check run. Electronic format of these claims can also be provided to the plan.
