Helpdesk/Customer Services
NEChealth does not rely on outside "boiler-room" customer service centers found at large PBMs. NEChealth employs highly trained customer service representatives (CSRs) to meet the specific demands of our health plan clients and their patient populations.
NEChealth's toll-free help desk is available Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST. The help desk can be reached at 1-888-345-5745. Additionally, an emergency pager telephone number is provided to key plan personnel for after hours availability.
Armed with online, real-time information, our CSRs respond to calls from pharmacists, members, physicians, and health plan personnel. Whether you need information on adjudicated claims, member profiles, or want to issue prior authorizations based on established protocols, CSRs have access to all the essentials.
NEChealth also employs LiveChat - an online real-time secure chat portal for use by clinics, physicians, administrators, and members to speak with our CSR's.
